Who We Are

Perth's Trusted Electrician
& Security Specialist

Dextel Electrical & Security Services is a Perth-based electrical and security business, run since 2016 by Dejan, an electrician since 1995. We're based in Spearwood and work across Perth metro.

Dejan quotes and installs every job himself. He holds electrical contractor licence EC12377 and security agent licence SA54405, and is an Ajax certified installer for both the Baseline and Superior lines.

It started as an electrical business and grew into security as more clients wanted both done together. Today it's both, including certification to install Ajax, the premium end of the alarm market.

What hasn't changed since 1995: we show up on time, do the job properly, clean up after ourselves, and charge what we quoted. It sounds basic, but it's what most people want from a tradesperson, and it's why clients keep coming back.

What You Can Expect

Upfront Pricing

Installs are quoted at a fixed price before work starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice. Service jobs are charged at our standard service rate instead, because nobody can know how long a fault will take to find before finding it, and we tell you that rate before we attend. Either way, if something unexpected comes up mid-job, you hear about it before any more work is done.

We Show Up

We turn up when we say we will. If something changes, we call ahead. Your time matters, and plenty of tradies forget that.

Quality Workmanship

All work is carried out to Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3000). We don't cut corners, and we back our work with a guarantee on both parts and labour.

Security

Security Installer Licence

Security Installer Licence SA54405 issued by the WA Police Licensing Enforcement Division. Required to legally install security alarm systems and CCTV in Western Australia.
